Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

 

If you're not satisfied, here's how you can return your item:

Returns:
 

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your product to return it to us.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged, a loss in value may be deducted from your refund.

  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives back to us.

Exceptions:
 

  • Custom-made items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Non-returnable items include sale items, gift cards, and personal care/use products (earrings, necklaces, etc.).

Cancellations:

 

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refund Process:

 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
